From time to time, we offer select adult dogs to approved homes. Most are retired from our breeding program between the ages of four and five, allowing them to transition into a more individualized home environment. Occasionally, younger adults may be available that we have chosen not to retain in our program.

These dogs are placed with care, based on temperament and compatibility, to ensure a smooth and successful transition.

All retired show and breeding dogs are placed at a fee of $2,000 - 3,000

Ruby is a beautiful 2 year old longhair miniature dachshund from an exceptional champion pedigree. She is fully health tested and has a very sweet, gentle temperament.
Unfortunately, after complications during her first litter, Ruby had to be spayed for her safety and wellbeing. While this was not the outcome we had hoped for within our program, it means her future family will be getting a young, healthy, fully health tested female without the responsibilities that come with an intact dog.
Ruby would do best in a quieter home with a calmer lifestyle. She has a slightly more reserved personality and tends to thrive in peaceful environments rather than fast paced or highly chaotic homes. She would likely do very well with one other companion dog and a family looking for a loyal, affectionate companion.
